📋 Description

• Lead SPED programs and behavioral supports across KIPP Texas.
• Align instructional practices with IEPs and grade-level standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in instructional quality and behavioral systems.
• Coach SPED Specialists and Lead Professional Counselor to strengthen outcomes.
• Oversee staffing, resources, and budget for specialized settings.
• Implement network-wide FBAs, BIPs, and crisis response systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree required.
• EC–12 Special Education Certification required.
• BCBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of SPED leadership experience.
• Experience with specialized programs and behavior systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Outlook, and SIS.
