📋 Description

• Lead implementation and improvement of SPED programs and behavioral supports.
• Provide strategic leadership for SPED programs across KIPP Texas.
• Oversee service delivery, instructional quality, staffing, and budget resources.
• Lead network-wide FBAs, BIPs, crisis response, and mental health collaboration.
• Partner with SPED academics to ensure aligned curriculum and progress monitoring.
• Use data to drive decisions and monitor progress toward goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree required.
• EC-12 Special Education Certification required.
• BCBA preferred.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in SPED or related field.
• Experience overseeing specialized programs, behavior systems, and intensive needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Outlook, and student information systems.
