📋 Description

  • Build strategic relationships with hotel brands, ownership groups, CVBs, and associations nationwide.
  • Identify new hotel partnership opportunities aligned with Access growth.
  • Activate and manage preferred partner agreements and alliances.
  • Represent Access at industry events to boost brand awareness.
  • Build relationships with hotel sales leaders at corporate and property levels.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align priorities and drive revenue.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in hospitality business development or partnerships.
  • Existing relationships with hotel brands, ownership groups, CVBs, and centers.
  • Proven success building partnerships that drive revenue.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with execution capability and strong business acumen.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for meetings and events.
  • Experience using CRM systems and reporting dashboards.
