📋 Description

• Own end-to-end procurement for Persona's most significant contracts
• Lead commercial and legal negotiations for high-value deals
• Coordinate with Legal on contract review and redlines
• Maintain internal vendor tracking across products and platforms
• Evaluate vendor pricing and opportunities to optimize spend
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance leadership on requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management
• Proven track record closing complex contracts (infrastructure, data, or platform)
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, cost modeling, spend optimization
• Excellent negotiation skills and creative deal structuring
• Ability to translate technical needs into procurement strategy
• Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication
