📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional claims initiatives with timely execution.
• Optimize end-to-end claims lifecycle with Claims, Product, GTM, and Support teams.
• Identify opportunities for claims ops improvements and scalable solutions.
• Develop and monitor claims KPIs to track transformation success.
• Create project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-10 years in management consulting focused on strategy, operations, or transformation.
• Exceptional PM skills leading large cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
• Ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders across departments.
