• Inventory Management and Demand Planning: Design and implement responsive demand forecasting and
• Disaster Response Preparedness: Establish and manage a pre-positioned disaster response reserve
• End-to-End Supply Chain Execution: Oversee the complete lifecycle of donated and procured goods
• Domestic Logistics and Warehousing: Lead U.S. logistics operations, representing approximately 70%
• International Logistics and Expansion: Manage international operations, representing approximately
• Carrier and Broker Management: Build and maintain relationships with freight carriers, brokers

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related
• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in global supply chain and logistics
• Professional certification such as APICS/ASCM CSCP or CPIM, ISM CPSM, or Certified Humanitarian
• Demonstrated experience as a hands-on operational leader and troubleshooter, capable of making
• Extensive knowledge of U.S. freight transportation and warehousing networks, along with practical
• Experience with enterprise resource planning systems, particularly NetSuite, customer relationship

🎁 Benefits

• Annual salary: $94,000–$126,000.
