• Translate global talent vision into a high-performing APJC reality.
• Lead GTM talent hiring across sales, account management, and field ops.
• Localize an AI-forward recruiting playbook; scale regional hiring.
• Manage recruiters and sourcers in Singapore and across APJC.
• Partner with APJC GTM leadership to scale regional teams.
• Remove bottlenecks; deliver high-quality matches quickly.

🎯 Requirements

• Recruiting leadership experience in a high-growth enterprise SaaS or web infrastructure.
• GTM recruiting across Sales, SEs, Channel, Marketing; R&D and G&A exposure.
• APAC regional scope with markets like Singapore, Japan, China, ANZ, India.
• Analytical and structural thinker; data-driven with AI-enabled tooling.
• Based in Singapore; hybrid work arrangement (2 days in office).
• University degree required.
