🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Organizational Development
• Five or more years of progressive experience in HR, workforce planning, compensation, talent
• Demonstrated experience using analysis, planning and problem-solving to support business decisions
• Proven ability to partner with leaders on workforce, talent, organizational, operational or
• Experience analyzing complex information and identifying meaningful trends and risks
• Ability to translate analysis into practical business recommendations
