📋 Description

• Lead resource management, workforce planning, and capacity strategies across the Tax practice.
• Partner with Tax leadership to forecast resource needs and align staffing plans with client demand
• Oversee staff deployment and workload balancing across teams, offices, and specialties to optimize
• Monitor capacity, utilization, realization, and staffing metrics and provide actionable
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and service line leaders to identify hiring needs, workforce

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience within public accounting, professional services operations
• Demonstrated leadership experience in resource management, workforce planning, operations, or
• Prior experience as a Tax Manager, Senior Manager, Director, or similar leadership role within a
• Strong understanding of tax practice operations, including workload planning, utilization
• Proven ability to develop workforce strategies and translate business demand into effective
