• Research, interpret, and apply new and existing accounting standards (e.g., revenue recognition
• Evaluate and document accounting treatment for digital asset and crypto-related transactions
• Draft clear, well-supported technical accounting memos and position papers for complex or

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license (active and in good standing).
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant experience in public
• Deep, current knowledge of U.S. GAAP with demonstrated experience researching and documenting
• Strong understanding of SEC reporting requirements (for public companies) or equivalent stakeholder
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex accounting
