Director of Technical Accounting

📋 Description

• Research, interpret, and apply U.S. GAAP standards, including ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 805, ASC 718
• Evaluate and document accounting treatment for digital assets and crypto-related transactions
• Prepare clear, well-supported technical accounting memos and position papers covering complex or
• Monitor emerging guidance from the FASB, SEC, and PCAOB, assess its potential impact, and lead the

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with an active CPA license in
