🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading technology organisations at a senior level.
• Deep technical credibility across modern software architecture, platforms and engineering.
• Strong understanding of data architecture and modern data platforms.
• Proven experience leading platform modernisation, replatforming or large-scale technology
• Confidence evaluating architecture and engineering decisions while balancing technical debt
• Experience leading or partnering closely with Data Engineering teams.
