• Own and lead technology roadmap and digital transformation.
• Mentor a small technology team.
• Improve logistics workflows, systems, and processes.
• Lead integrations across TMS, CRM, and customer-facing systems.
• Bridge technology with operations and leadership.
• Drive automation, AI, data-driven improvements; guide architecture decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-12+ years of tech leadership in logistics or supply chain.
• Proven track record owning roadmaps and transformation.
• Leadership in senior leadership teams; able to influence.
• Experience leading teams and defining tech strategy in lean, fast-moving firms.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with TMS, CRM, Salesforce, or similar systems.
