📋 Description

• Lead QA, IT, and Security functions to modernize ops and enable scalable tech delivery.
• Set strategy and own outcomes across QA automation, IT tooling, and security programs.
• Drive automation, CI/CD quality gates, and AI-assisted testing initiatives.
• Coach and develop QA, IT, and Security teams; define career paths.
• Modernize internal tools, optimize SaaS portfolio, and reduce costs.
• Establish IT SLAs, self-service resources, and fast, predictable support.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in technology; 5+ years leading teams in QA, IT, or Security.
• Proven modernization of manual QA, IT, or security into automated, proactive ops.
• Strong QA knowledge: test automation, CI/CD, metrics, Agile, AI-assisted testing.
• AWS hands-on experience; infrastructure awareness for decisions.
• IT operations grounding: IAM/SSO, SaaS admin, security tooling, budgets.
• Experience evaluating tools and making vendor decisions; executive communication.
