📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with
• Lead the design, administration, and optimization of compensation programs, including salary
• Conduct hands-on market pricing, compensation benchmarking, and pay equity analyses to maintain
• Advise HR Business Partners, senior leaders, and managers on compensation decisions, including

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards, including
• Demonstrated success designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive total rewards programs in
• Extensive knowledge of compensation strategy, salary structures, incentive plans, job architecture
• Strong experience managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement
• Advanced to expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including complex financial modeling, scenario
