Director of Trade Management Operations

📋 Description

• Lead back-office ops across broker-dealer and non-clearing FCM.
• Oversee settlement, clearing, custody, corporate actions, and reconciliation.
• Build and coach a high-performing reconciliation/settlement team.
• Define team structure, roles, and performance standards.
• Drive automation and modernization of back-office processes.
• Serve as escalation point for operational breaks, settlement fails, and disputes.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10 years in back-office ops at broker-dealer/FCM/clearing firm.
• Strong knowledge across settlement, clearing, custody, corporate actions, reconciliation.
• Proven leadership with ability to recruit, coach, and develop teams.
• Hands-on style with process improvement and automation experience.
• Experience with AutoRek, GMI, Broadridge or similar.
• Define operating models for scalable, automated back office and roadmaps.
• Strong analytical, communication, and senior-stakeholder presentation skills.
• Knowledge of SEC Rule 15c3-3, FINRA, CFTC/NFA obligations.
