🎯 Requirements

  • 15+ years leading technical training teams in tech and academia.
  • Excellent English proficiency, C1 level.
  • AI/ML and data fluency; awareness of AI lifecycle.
  • Strong software development lifecycle understanding and production deployment basics.
  • Experience designing assessments, curricula, and Train-the-Trainer programs.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder alignment.
