Director of Treasury and Tax

📋 Description

• Own the 13-week cash flow end to end. Build and maintain a driver-based weekly forecast. Gather and
• Daily cash positioning and liquidity management across a 350+ bakery footprint, including
• Receipts integrity. Make sure card-processor, third-party delivery, e-commerce, gifting and
• Debt advisory and lender relationship management. Be a trusted counterpart to our bank group.
• Capital structure support. Partner with the CFO on financing initiatives, interest-rate risk and
• Bank administration and execution. Open and close accounts as bakeries open and close. Handle KYC

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA and/or CTP strongly preferred, and an MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive treasury and tax experience, ideally combining public accounting (Big 4 or
• Multi-unit restaurant, retail or consumer experience strongly preferred. You know what high-volume
• You’ve built and owned a 13-week cash flow in a lender-reported environment and lived through
• Hands-on partnership tax (1065) experience, including composite returns and K-1s.
• Multi-state sales and use tax experience at scale. Familiarity with Avalara or Vertex is a plus
