📋 Description

• Lead scalable funds flows and workflows for new FinTech products.
• Oversee daily analyst rhythms and division of labor.
• Own treasury ops: wires, ACH, cash reconciliations, remittance reporting.
• Automate remittance reporting with Servicing & Data teams.
• Strengthen treasury controls in a SOX-compliant env.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize team capacity.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years in financial operations/treasury in FinTech/fast-growth
• Experience designing payment infra and funds flows
• Mentor and lead team workflows; strong execution under deadlines
• SOX experience; security-conscious and compliant
• Ability to translate tech challenges to leadership
• Proactive communicator to align goals with teams
