📋 Description

• Lead, supervise, and mentor junior payroll professionals, supporting their development while
• Oversee the complete payroll lifecycle across 15+ US states, serving as the final escalation point
• Manage multi-state tax withholding, filings, reconciliations, and compliance requirements
• Serve as the payroll systems subject matter expert, particularly for ADP Workforce Now, ensuring
• Lead the registration and maintenance of state tax IDs and oversee ongoing federal and state
• Manage responses to federal and state tax notices, garnishments, audits, and year-end W-2/W-3

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience managing US payroll, with significant multi-state payroll experience and a
• Advanced knowledge of payroll compliance, including SUTA, FUTA, FICA, state tax registrations
• Strong proficiency with payroll platforms such as ADP Workforce Now and Kronos/UKG, with the
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and Macros, with the ability to analyze and
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; Certified Payroll Professional
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, delegation, and quality
