📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and close complex enterprise partnerships with utilities from engagement to signed agreements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities via market development.
• Identify opportunities in the energy ecosystem and convert early talks into partnerships.
• Educate utility stakeholders on residential virtual power plants and flexible energy resources.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior utility executives across grid planning and DER.
• Navigate complex utility environments with multiple stakeholders and regulatory considerations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development in the energy industry.
• Proven track record closing complex multi-million enterprise deals and long sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of utilities, distributed energy resources, and demand-side management.
• Experience selling grid solutions like demand response, VPP, DER aggregation, and grid services.
• Proven ability to create new markets, build pipelines, and convert opportunities into agreements.
• Executive presence; communicate concepts to senior decision-makers.
