• Own long-term logistics strategy for White Glove across North America.
• Design a network balancing speed, cost, and customer experience.
• Define optimal warehouse footprint and service territories.
• Plan multi-year network expansion to support growth.
• Improve transit times by reducing touches and optimizing flows.
• Lead transportation modes and scalable middle-mile solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in logistics, transportation, fulfillment, or supply chain leadership.
• 5+ years managing large 3PLs with ownership of performance and terms.
• Experience designing multi-node distribution networks.
• Background in White Glove, furniture, bulky/oversized delivery; in-home delivery experience.
• Strong sourcing, contract negotiation, and end-to-end RFP leadership.
• Financial/analytical skills; ability to build cost models and trade-offs.

🎁 Benefits

• Pay Range: $186,000 - $248,000 USD
