📋 Description

• Full P&L ownership across assigned health system partnerships
• Lead day-to-day operations, including oversight of in-clinic pharmacy liaison teams across multiple
• Drive strategic growth initiatives—identify opportunities, build business cases, and execute in
• Act as a trusted advisor to hospital executives, influencing decisions at the VP level and above
• Ensure delivery of exceptional patient outcomes, access, and satisfaction across the specialty
• Build and execute account plans to expand and optimize partner performance

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience, ideally in consulting, private equity, investment banking, or healthcare
• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA or other advanced degree preferred)
• Proven ability to own outcomes in complex, fast-paced environments
• Strong track record of leading teams and driving performance against financial and operational KPIs
• Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience building business cases and influencing senior
• Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable rolling up your sleeves and executing
