Director, Operations Accounting - Supply Chain

📋 Description

• Lead accounting across supply chain, inventory, asset lifecycles.
• Oversee GRIR, absorption costing, and inventory valuation globally.
• Drive ERP design, controls, and SOX-ready processes for audit.
• Manage ERP migrations (NetSuite to SAP/Oracle) and end-to-end integrations.
• Build and scale a global operations accounting team and vision.
• Partner with Operations, Procurement, FP&A, and IT to improve close and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Progressive accounting leadership in supply chain/inventory/cost accounting.
• Deep ownership of inventory cost accounting; GRIR, standard cost, US GAAP.
• SOX-compliant controls design/operation; track record of clean audits.
• ERP implementations/upgrades (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) affecting inventory.
• Own system integrations between accounting and supply chain platforms (WMS, TMS, planning/MRP).
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Ops, Procurement, FP&A, IT for faster close.
