• 10+ years in operations and process improvement.
• Cross-functional leadership and executive communications.
• Governance, escalation, and SLA management experience.
• Lean and Six Sigma certification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, ServiceNow.
• Data quality, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
