📋 Description

• Own strategy, governance, and execution of CLEAR's West airport real estate portfolio.
• Lead portfolio planning and capital allocation via LIR with exec alignment.
• Establish portfolio governance, reporting, and KPIs for executive visibility.
• Partner with Real Estate, Facilities, Finance, Aviation Ops, and leadership to align priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and scalable operating models for expansion.
