📋 Description

• Governance for Aurora Operations programs and cadences.
• Own the Operations Plan of Record across functions.
• Lead monthly/quarterly reviews with senior leaders.
• Develop demand-to-deployment models for fleet planning.
• Build tooling, dashboards, and escalation playbooks.
• Bridge Commercial, Fleet, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in ops planning or strategy leadership.
• 3-5 years at director level in a complex org.
• Aviation safety-critical operations planning background.
• Labor planning and workforce scheduling at scale.
• Hands-on route planning and network design experience.
• Experience implementing compliance tooling/regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets modeling.
• Excellent executive and cross-functional communication.
