📋 Description

• Architect and lead the network-wide physical asset strategy, establishing standardized SOPs
• Establish expectations and operational frameworks for staff workroom logistics, budget management
• Design communication and change management loops to socialize operational updates, ensuring campus
• Design and facilitate training for school based asset leads.
• Govern operational service delivery standards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and service-level
• Manage end to end process for school uniform procurement and ID systems, including vendor

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in asset management, school operations, or supply
• At least 3 years of direct people management experience leading distributed or multi-city teams.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), data-driven
• Architects holistic operational ecosystems; anticipates upstream bottlenecks that impact classroom
• Leads organizational readiness for new operational workflows; designs strategic communication and
• Masters the art of data storytelling to diagnose staff experience gaps and gain executive buy-in
