Director, Order to Cash

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end billing, invoicing, collections, and payment settlement across subscription and
• Lead operational oversight of the revenue function, covering both SaaS/subscription revenue and
• Build collections strategy to drive down aged receivables and improve recovery rates
• Select and improve billing, collections, and payment tools (Stripe, Workday, Salesforce, TSYS
• Hire, mentor, and develop a team of managers and specialists; set KPIs and service-level goals
• Act as go-to partner for Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Risk on billing

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years progressive experience in billing, collections, payment operations, or revenue operations
• Experience building and leading teams, including managing other people managers
• Track record of owning and improving end-to-end operational processes at scale
• Revenue accounting exposure (ASC 606) across SaaS/subscription and payments/transaction-based
• Experience with payment processing, card networks, ACH, and payment processors like Stripe, TSYS
• Comfort with ERP, billing, and CRM systems such as Workday, Zuora, or Salesforce
