• Define and continuously evolve AbbVie's enterprise culture strategy as a core enabler of
• Serve as executive steward of AbbVie's culture, ensuring priorities are clear, visible
• Create and execute a multi-year culture amplification roadmap that extends beyond HR processes and

• Establish governance, decision rights, operating rhythms, and accountability mechanisms that

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in business, organizational psychology, organizational behavior, human
• Advanced degree in business, organizational psychology, organizational behavior, human resources
• 15 or more years of progressive leadership experience across culture transformation, organizational
• Demonstrated experience advising executive leadership teams and leading complex, enterprise-wide
• Proven ability to integrate culture strategy with business priorities, organizational systems
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and enterprise portfolios across functions and
