📋 Description

• Define and continuously evolve AbbVie's enterprise culture strategy as a core enabler of
• Serve as executive steward of AbbVie's culture, ensuring priorities are clear, visible
• Create and execute a multi-year culture amplification roadmap that extends beyond HR processes and
• Protect what is distinctive and valuable in AbbVie's culture while intentionally evolving the
• Establish governance, decision rights, operating rhythms, and accountability mechanisms that
• Partner with business functions to translate enterprise culture priorities into relevant functional

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, organizational psychology, organizational
• 15 or more years of progressive leadership experience across culture transformation, organizational
• Demonstrated experience advising executive leadership teams and leading complex, enterprise-wide
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and enterprise portfolios across functions and
• Biopharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated global industry experience
• Management consulting, external thought leadership, industry consortium, benchmarking, or academic
