📋 Description

• lead an enterprise consulting practice, developing the vision, strategy, and execution plan for an
• lead a team of Associate Director-level and Manager-level consultants and practitioners
• leveraging disparate data sets and external research
• deep organizational business knowledge and political savvy on how to create exceptional outcomes
• Leads enterprise capability area for Organizational Research to drive organizational effectiveness
• Sets a vision, strategy, and execution plan for delivering the capability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; or master's degree quantitative fields such as Statistics, Engineering
• 12 years+ related background/experience
• Management consulting or leading consultative work
• Published research, academic partnerships
• Employee Surveys and people analytics
• Assessments; IO Psychology
