• Lead partner marketing strategy for VARs, ISVs, and Alliance partners.
• Manage a team of two FTEs plus contractors and agencies.
• Build and optimize partner programs using Marketing Automation and other tools.
• Guide teams in creating communications to drive awareness and adoption.
• Host calls with Tier 1 partner executives and provide performance feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure alignment with business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in B2B partner marketing and demand gen in high-tech.
• 7+ years of partner marketing experience.
• 7+ years building integrated marketing campaigns.
• Proven track record scaling global partner programs.
• Excellent program management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills; Excel, Tableau, HubSpot.
