• Align MongoDB platform with partner needs to drive mutual growth.
• Build cross-functional plans with product, engineering, and sales for partner engagement.
• Enable partners with tools and resources to drive technical alignment.
• Act as trusted advisor, reinforcing MongoDB value and keeping partner solutions competitive.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to identify opportunities and drive joint goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ yrs in partner mgmt or solution architecture; 8–12 yrs in leadership.
• Strong strategy for partner engagement in tech/cloud; travel up to 50%.
• Excellent relationship-building; influence senior leaders across partners.
• Clear communication and collaboration; articulate business and technical value.
• Commitment to inclusivity and diverse, equitable teams.
• Bachelor's in Business or CS, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
