📋 Description

• Grow and strengthen a portfolio of existing partnerships by identifying opportunities to increase
• Develop and implement partnership tiers that provide differentiated benefits based on partner
• Drive partner retention by establishing mutual action plans, monitoring value realization, and
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to
• Develop and execute a marketplace strategy focused on improving the existing marketplace, expanding
• Gather market and partner insights to identify opportunities for innovation, new partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in SaaS, technology, or another technology-driven environment, including
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional growth initiatives such as partnership expansion
• Proven ability to diversify revenue or scale new initiatives from initial concept through market
• Strong experience developing business cases that incorporate market sizing, ROI analysis, financial
• Experience with strategic partnerships, corporate development, innovation, or venture-building is

• Annual compensation range of $143,500–$158,000 CAD for Canada, depending on experience
