📋 Description

• Define and own Wealthsimple's retail investment access strategy
• Build and grow relationships with banks, issuers, and platforms
• Serve as Wealthsimple's external voice to issuers and capital markets
• Lead end-to-end IPO and client opportunities across teams
• Partner with product and engineering to scale access capabilities
• Build scalable frameworks and processes for deal-volume growth

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in equity capital markets or private markets
• Ownership mindset; autonomous in fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across legal, product, eng, and GTM
• Executive-level communication and relationships with issuers and banks
• Strong commercial and analytical skills; financial modeling
• Well-developed network across Canada, US, and internationally
