Director, Patient Engagement & Retention

📋 Description

• Own patient retention, adherence, and engagement outcomes across Cadence's remote care programs.
• Diagnose drivers of disengagement and translate into prioritized interventions.
• Build and scale engagement systems with Product, Data, and Engineering for repeatable models.
• Design and run experiments across outreach channels, segmentation, and engagement triggers.
• Prioritize engagement investments using financial and clinical framing.
• Strengthen engagement with automation and AI-assisted prioritization.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years in product operations, growth ops, lifecycle or engagement roles.
• Track record owning or influencing lifecycle metrics with measurable business impact.
• Proven ability to build programs, workflows, or engagement systems at scale.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Ops, Clinical, Data, Eng, and Marketing.
• Strong analytical and experimentation background: hypotheses, metrics, ROI, roadmaps.
• Fluency with AI-assisted tools and knowing when AI fits or needs human judgment.
