Director, Patient Services Patient Strategy

📋 Description

• Develop and execute the Patient Services strategy supporting the successful U.S. launch and
• Design, refine, and operationalize end-to-end patient and care partner journeys, from referral and
• Partner with Compliance and internal and external stakeholders to support the development and
• Translate Patient Services strategy into scalable operating models, workflows, business
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI-enabled tools, automation, and digital engagement to improve
• Lead launch readiness activities, including SOP development, training, operational testing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline; an advanced
• Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 5 years of Patient Services
• Proven experience designing and implementing Patient Services operating models and supporting the
• Strong understanding of Patient Services compliance, legal requirements, and the development and
• Experience supporting highly regulated therapies, with REMS or comparable
• Experience with Patient Services CRM platforms, workflow design, and process development

• Base salary range of $180,000–$235,000 per year, with compensation determined by skills
