  • Lead strategy and team for payer GTM across all contracts.
  • Develop and execute GTM launch blueprint for value-based contracts.
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams; align priorities across workstreams.
  • Define timelines, milestones, and workflows from contract to active status.
  • Build dashboards in Monday.com and Salesforce to track launch performance.
  • Create market-specific Payer Snapshots for field teams and simplify contracts.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
  • 10+ years healthcare experience, with at least 2 years in value-based care, population health, or physician enablement.
  • 6+ years people management experience.
  • Strong understanding of risk-bearing models (ACOs, MSSP, Medicare Advantage, capitated).
  • Exceptional communication skills translating complex managed care terminology into clear business prose.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM), enterprise project management tools, and data visualization software.
