📋 Description

• Lead client engagements from kickoff to delivery.
• Manage projects, teams, deliverables, and timelines.
• Lead go-to-market and growth strategy for health plans.
• Translate coverage decisions into practical operational paths across functions.
• Lead technical assistance and analyses for Medicare and Medicaid policy.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

🎯 Requirements

• 7 10 years of relevant work experience with in-house MA plan exp.
• Medicare Advantage expertise including STARS, risk adjustment, perf mgmt.
• Ability to bridge plan strategy and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong consulting aptitude; manage a dynamic project portfolio.
• MBA preferred; MPH/MPA/MPP or related degrees considered.
• Experience with SNP care management is a plus.
• Regional or smaller health plan experience is a plus.
