Director, Payment Operations

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product, Trading, Treasury and customers to settle crypto and fiat funds on time
• Build programs to identify and resolve discrepancies quickly across internal partners
• Support exchange and bank connectivity, integrating data into core operational processes
• Lead the transformation of reconciliation from manual to automated across products
• Assess risks across asset types, including crypto, to respond quickly to activity and exceptions
• Document and refine finance operational flows with key partners

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in payments/operations with 3–5 years in leadership
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to solve fast-moving problems
• Familiar with payment services, markets, crypto, and reconciliation
• Proficient with Google/Microsoft apps; Excel and VBA preferred
• Experience connecting banks, exchanges, or crypto platforms
• Exposure to automation and SQL queries for daily operations
