📋 Description

• Lead and execute the payments partnership strategy across all key markets (NA, Europe, Latin
• Mentor and lead a team of two direct reports, coordinating partner management and fostering high
• Identify new market opportunities and independently drive strategic initiatives in the payments
• Manage relationships with global schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), large
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to ensure favorable terms and scalable frameworks.
• Act as primary contact and strategic lead for external payment partners with regional compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive payments leadership with ~20 years of experience and direct reports experience.
• Deep expertise managing contracts with major card schemes and large acquirers/processors.
• Proven track record operating globally across NA, Europe, LATAM, and MEA.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and contract negotiation skills.
• Autonomous, proactive, strategic mindset with cross-functional collaboration.
