🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in high-level B2B health tech partnerships or value-based strategy.
• Proven track record closing seven-figure, multi-stakeholder payor deals.
• Deep understanding of the payor landscape and dynamics.
• Experience managing and scaling high-performing teams.
• Comfortable leading through pivots and organizational change; build infra while closing deals.
• Confident communicator translating clinical value into business priorities.
