Employee experience — onboarding through offboarding with Deepgram values.

🎯 Requirements

8–12 years in People/HR with direct experience managing HRBPs or People partners
Broad functional depth across performance, comp, compliance, employee experience, and talent development
Strong operator and team developer
Proven ability to translate strategic direction into execution through others
Strategic thinker who can operate in the details
Active AI tool user; driving adoption across teams
