📋 Description

• Serve as the primary HR contact for the DC office and internal client groups
• Coach managers through difficult conversations and performance support
• Define guardrails for AI agents within the org structure
• Lead HR strategy to scale the function and NOS integration
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Legal on cross-functional initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience (generalist partner)
• Strong HR tech ownership: HRIS, ATS, payroll, LMS
• Experience integrating AI agents into HR processes
• Ability to advise managers on performance, ER, org design
• Excellent stakeholder management and confidentiality
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification a plus
• Hybrid work experience in a DC-area office
