📋 Description

• Define and execute the global roadmap for People Analytics, aligning workforce insights directly
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom AI-driven analytics tools, internal
• Shift the organizational paradigm from reactive, descriptive reporting to proactive, predictive
• Utilize Generative AI frameworks across HR data ecosystems to automate insights generation
• Partner with IT, Enterprise Data, and Security teams to ensure rigorous data governance, privacy
• Champion data democratization across the company by training and empowering People Business

🎯 Requirements

• You must have:
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Workforce Data Science.
• Demonstrated experience building or deploying AI/ML models (e.g., predictive modeling, NLP for
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and enterprise HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.)
• Exceptional narrative and storytelling ability—capable of distilling complex statistical models
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science
