  • Drive leadership development, including executive coaching and succession planning.
  • Oversee facilitation and strategic alignment of talent development programs.
  • Improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience with targeted interventions.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align business strategy with talent and people practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on complex people challenges.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years in People roles; 5+ years as a PBP or similar.
  • 4+ years as a people manager.
  • Experience partnering with Tech/Engineering org.
  • Coaching leaders through performance management and employee relations.
  • Excellent listener and persuasive communicator at all levels.
  • Intellectual curiosity with strong business acumen.
