📋 Description

• Partner with the EVP of Product & Technology and three General Managers to design and embed the
• Define decision rights across GMs, EVP, and shared functions
• Design how each GM business works with shared functions (Engineering platform, Product Ops
• Adapt org design, talent, and performance practices to the GM model
• Lead the people side of the change (sequencing, leader readiness, communications, adoption metrics)
• Shape enterprise people programs and practices across Delinea

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as a senior HRBP supporting Engineering
• Experience partnering with C-suite or EVP-level leaders
• Track record in org design, workforce planning, and change management
• Experience with General Manager (GM) or business-unit model
• Working knowledge of how software teams operate (agile, product/engineering career paths, technical
• Curiosity about AI and its impact on work and roles
