Director, People (Employee Relations)

📋 Description

• Lead the enterprise team member relations function, including investigations, performance
• Develop and execute team member relations strategies, programs, frameworks, and operating models
• Provide leadership and oversight for complex, sensitive, and high-risk team member relations
• Provide strategic oversight for team member relations programs, including supervisor readiness
• Partner with Learning, People Advisor, and Operational leaders to strengthen effectiveness in
• Oversee team member relations intake, triage, escalation, case coordination, and operational

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience with significant experience leading complex
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop
• Experience developing and implementing team member relations programs, operational frameworks, and
• Experience leading high-performing team member relations or human resources teams in a complex
• Technically proficient personnel policies, especially the Family and Medical Leave Act, the
