📋 Description

• Supervise, mentor, and develop the People Operations Specialist, fostering a high-performing
• Oversee HR policy management and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
• Direct annual compliance filings (EEO-1 and ACA reporting) and maintain audit-ready status
• Manage annual compensation review process, job pricing, benchmarking, and market analysis
• Partner with talent acquisition to provide competitive compensation recommendations
• Provide strategic oversight for payroll administration with 100% accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Compensation, Payroll, or Benefits
• Demonstrated experience supervising and developing direct reports
• Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and Excel
• Strong drive to identify automation opportunities and AI champion
• Deep understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws
• Advanced compensation benchmarking, payroll tax regulations, and benefits administration knowledge
